Dear Samsung Support,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I am facing with my Samsung Soundbar (Model: 150W 2.1Ch HW-K350). The soundbar frequently disconnects, and I believe this problem can be resolved with a firmware update. Unfortunately, I was unable to locate the firmware update on your website.

I recently contacted customer support for assistance, but I was informed that I would need to provide an invoice to verify the warranty status. Unfortunately, I have misplaced the invoice, and as a result, my product is being considered out of warranty. I was informed that the repair would cost 500+GST.

Given that the issue may be resolved through a firmware update, I am requesting that you provide me with the necessary firmware for my soundbar. It seems unreasonable to charge such a high amount for what could be a simple software fix.

Please consider my request and provide the firmware update at your earliest convenience.
