Note 20 Ultra

Issue with note 20 Ultra. Unable to receive the messages. When I restart will be able to receive the messages for sometime and after then again same issue. Again I need to restart the phone to receive the messages. Any suggestions please.

Go to apps>message >Storage and clear cache and data and then restart your phone. This should fix this

Even tried with factory reset. Still no use.

and reset to default your settings
it will be solved 👍

Have u checked the deep sleeping apps...if you have put your messaging apps in that...
