Now talk about some facts in community interest because as a community member this is my duty to save my community from negative impact. I am not against any of my community member but i am against the thing doing with community these cheap things break our community. Dont take it personally. Here i want to ask some questions can admin and you answer me in comment.
I am sharing a SS of one of the above members for whom admin say " we sent 3 of our top Members" Top member what do you mean by top member. What is the criteria. Is this you call top member is there anything behind the screen happening for them? How many of you members are happy with the community management team ? Because you all can clearly see that the percentage of inactivity increased due to this mismanagement and reference Entry.
The other Top member who give their 100% efforts don't get any perks or award whereas those who has "some reference " are called top member and become BA and get huge perks. Is this the way you'd like to be treated. If this goes on am sure people will keep leaving the community and people who make it success will no longer be there. I know many member jo community leave kar chuke ha and they are so talented this is what community loss now day by day. Everyone knows who are so deserving but didn't get any reward and only been ignored.
The negativity is increasing everyday. Think about it. Admin and who all are managing and also You members because without it this community won't be success. I Request all active members to save our community beacuse our community is lossing members day by day.
