Any scientific evidence requires plenty of research. Let's understand what 'research' is:

RESEARCH

1. This is an activity that can span over a very LONG TIME, even decades, depending on what is being studied. A lot of time and patience is required, and the longer it takes, the more there are chances of errors, and other factors that can negatively impact the outcome of research.

2. The outcome of research is only as good as the person/ team doing it.

3. There are a lot of external factors that can have a direct effect on the study, but on which the researchers have no control. At best, they can modify the results of the study to account for these to the best of their abilities. This, however, may not fully account for the aberrations.

4. Research requires a lot of FUNDING. This is an interesting part. Huge amounts of money may be required, depending on what is being studied. The outcome of the research is only as good as who is funding it. Often, research is funded by 'Interest Groups' (do a search on what it is). This is the weakest link in the chain! A chain is only as strong as its weakest link.

5. There are several researches where outcomes are pre-determined. In other words, research is conducted in specific ways to arrive at the pre-determined outcome. An excellent example would be researches that were funded by the tobacco Industry, which has powerful lobbies all over the world.

6. Research, just as theories, requires a lot of assumptions in several different places. One wrong assumption has the potential to lead to a misleading outcome.

7. Research outcomes and reports can be easily MANIPULATED.

8. By virtue of its nature, research outcomes can be inconclusive, have contradictions, involve subjectivity, and as a consequence unreliable too.

AN EXAMPLE

Humans have been consuming tobacco for about 8,000 years now. But it is only in the 1960s that studies by 'modern science' began to link bad health to ill effects of smoking and tobacco consumption. When medical journals started reporting about it, the powerful tobacco lobbies started funding research that not only disputed these claims, but also going as far as publishing reports which concluded that smoking did no harm to the human body. They did all they could, including going as far as threatening genuine research writers from publishing their reports.

The human body (like any living being) is such that it has the ability to repair itself, and recover from ailments by reversing the ill-effects of poor lifestyle choices. This is a continuous ongoing process, and is also one challenge that presents itself when trying to arrive at a definitive outcome during research.

Even today, there is a sizeable chunk of morons who claim that there is no 'conclusive' evidence on the ill-effects of smoking. They give absurd examples of a couple of men who have crossed 100 years age and who have smoked all their life.

CONCERNS FOR TODAY

Just as the tobacco industry continues to keep itself thriving, despite so much evidence on the ill-effects of tobacco use, BIG TECH too can potentially manipulate medical studies on the ill-effects of smart gadgets that are continuously communicating around us. The radiations from mobile towers, 5G/ 6G, radio waves used, etc. can all take a toll on our health, and BIG TECH doesn't want you to know this. I have seen almost all CEOs of BIG TECH tell the media on how they limit their own children from screen time. There is a reason, and there is much more to it than what they reveal.

BOTTOMLINE

1. Learn to observe.

2. Learn to pay close attention to your own body signals.

3. Learn to interpret your body signals.

4. Brainwashing isn't just limited to terrorist organizations. The most advanced form on brainwashing happens in the medical industry, and one of the medium used is by published Medical journals and reports. See how research can be manipulated as mentioned above.

5. Use your brain to read and understand your own body first. It is okay to consult and read so-called 'scientific' reports. But relying on them exclusively and making decisions about your own body would be pure dumb. Also, given how long a research can take, it may be too late before something is conclusively established by 'modern science'. You are better off paying attention to your body, instead of relying on these.

6. People who overly rely on 'modern science' aka 'scientific evidence', keep in mind that there are 'interest groups' behind it who don't always have your best interests in mind.
