What’s happening!

We are delighted to announce the App Beta program for our “Game Arena” app. So, this is a heads up for all the game enthusiasts in the community- if you get a notification for the Game Arena app, it means you’ve been selected! Be on the look-out :)

What is “Game Arena” you ask? Read on for the answers!

Game Arena is a new service targeted towards the new and evolving segment of "Game Enthusiasts". It recommends the best of game related e-commerce products & game video content based on the games you have installed or the games you have expressed interest. We are in the initial stages of building this service, and are now ready with a beta app which is targeted towards the Top 10 most played games on Galaxy devices in India.

As you already know it’s a Beta program, the service is not fully enabled for all the games yet and the UX is still being improved. We will eventually do these based on the response we get :)

So go ahead and install the app when you receive the notification and start playing your games from the app.

What is App Beta Program?

Samsung conducts the App Beta Program, which is owned, managed and operated by Samsung independently, in order to provide a better experience and reliable application based on user feedback. If you participate in the Beta program, you can have the opportunity to experience the new features and the latest User Experience (UX) of the app, before anyone else. During the beta program, you can directly send us your feedback and experience about performance, stability and usability which will help us to release improved application.

*Beta application is not the official application, so it may cause unexpected errors or malfunctions.

Why have I been chosen?

You are Samsung’s valuable customer. Based on your phone usage pattern and your experience with us, you have been chosen to be a part of this program.

What do I need to do?

The pre-requisite for this program is that you should be a Samsung Members user. If you are not a registered Samsung Members user yet, all you need to do is open Samsung Members application present on your phone (installed by default) and register with your Samsung Account ID.
