M21 restart problem

I bought  Samsung m21 6 months back. Now I am facing issues as it's restarting  randomly even though auto restart  feature is off. Please suggest  some tips. #m21 #randomrestart

I bought this samsung M21 mobile phone about 1.5 years ago. From few days, it just freezes and restarts automatically in a painstakingly frequent manner.

I purchased M21 last year by end of August 2020. After recent update my Samsung Galaxy M21 freezes and restarts automatically. I called Samsung customer care and they asked to try factory reset , after factory reset also the same issue persists. Customer care asked to visit Samsung service center, Service center executive told that mother board has issue and need to replace mother board at approx. cost Rs. 7k+ . Though, the update is provided by Samsung and that causes mother board malfunctioning, it is not customer fault. Also, this issue is observed for many customers, it is definitively a manufacturing defect. We can not expect Samsung device to become useless just after 12 months. Its unfair to spend 16 k to 20K for Samsung phone for just a year and then throw away. Samsung should call all M Series devices which has these issue and fix the manufacturing defect to restore customer faith. Other wise as a customer I would refrain to buy Samsung Mobile or device hence forth and will also discourage others.

exactly same happened with me. And it is very frustrating.

It all started after an update provided by samsung. They should revert the update or repair it.

If this did not happen then I will lose my  faith with SAMSUNG and will never ever buy any SAMSUNG product nor recommend to anyone.

Am also facing same problem and service center guys telling need to replace the motherboard and it will come around 6500+ tax .. don't buy samsung mobiles..

This is last time I am buying a samsung. Like many others pointed out, after last update my phone started to restart randomly and when I reached to customer care, they told mobile will need a motherboard replacement. This is a scam and legal actions should be taken againt these frauds.
