M21 restart problem

I bought  Samsung m21 6 months back. Now I am facing issues as it's restarting  randomly even though auto restart  feature is off. Please suggest  some tips. #m21 #randomrestart

Bro,  did you get any solution from them?

With my experience I can tell one word about samsung executives and their voc team is chillar, they are chillar people. They are theifes with good speaking skills.forgot about samsung mobiles and I won't buy sumsung mobiles in my entire life.

My Samsung m21 is automatically restarting from Jan 17 give solution to it

I bought Samsung m21 in Sep 2020
it was working good till last 3 weak,. after that it starts automatic restart while operating.
I had visited customer care center for proper software update, they updated software twice but issue was not cleared then care representative said that motherboard need to replace, No, other solution.

this problem happening with many users of M21. Samsung should take care of it.

In one year my 15k was wasted, what is a strategy  to earn money! 

No one should buy Samsung.

i am also facing this same issue it seems Samsung as add some bug in April update.

after the update the phone started restarting it self.

check youtube you will see lot fo peoples facing the same issue

• My both phones M30s and M21 suddenly restart and hang on logo, I used phone 2 years only  [there are  exynos processors😡problem- (double Decker chip-sets  in m30s) ]
• After 2 to 3 years phone's  "Exynos Processor" fail and restart problem occurs.
  As people's warranty is over by then, finally the customer has to bear the loss, because of this bad experience in people's minds, they don't buy Samsung phones in life😭 SAMSUNG is reducing its brand value for entry-level and mid-range, people who once praised Samsung are now refusing to buy Samsung phones.😭
• Samsung should try not to fall from the trusted brand of Indians considering the future.
