I am complaining for M11 Phone from day 1 of purchase. My problem is for charging issue but Samsung is not looking towards complain. 
They are not giving simple question answer...

My question is kindly provide time period of charging from 90% to 100% but all time they rotate my query and not providing satisfactory answer.

There call center of C.G.Road Ahemdabad are worst towards service, they talked with customers very rude way, not providing solutions and return the product with unsatisfactory answer.

my phone taking more then 40 minutes to full charge from 90%... when I have asked samsung people they are providing any information on that.
I bought the phone in month of October 2020.
for full charge it is taking near by 3 hrs and withing 1 day battery discharge in normal use.
