TV remote stopped working

I purchased Samsung serif tv in 2021. Recently some button on its remote stopped working. I am finding new tv remote but not able to find.

My tv is just useless without remote becuase I bought this tv for my parents and it is very difficult for them to control tv via phone application.

I purchased this tv for 60000 INR (nearly 750 dollar), what should I do now ??

For you atleast remote. For me the TV itself not working. Within 3 years the panel goy issues. Bought it fot 1. 3 lakh. Now they asking me to replace panel and it cost 31000. Samsung TVs not worth buying..

They are working on new and advanced product but after sales service is just getting worst day by day.
