I shifted from 15 pm to 16 pm but on screen time 15 pm last screen time shows on my 16 pm mean on my 16 pm its shows 2 iphone screen time and i sign out apple id and formate my 15 pm what to do? And one more thing if i turn off share across all devices on screen time the screen time of 15 pm is not shown

As you said u signed out of your account on 15pm but its showing so, login your apple id on a desktop or in your phone using desktop site and see there how many device you are logged in and see if it is updated.
