Iphone please help me guys

I shifted from 15 pm to 16 pm but on screen time 15 pm last screen time shows on my 16 pm mean on my 16 pm its shows 2 iphone screen time and i sign out apple id and formate my 15 pm what to do? And one more thing if i turn off share across all devices on screen time the screen time of 15 pm is not shown

Yes I signout from 15pm and shop keeper signin with his id on 15 pm and 2 rimes reset iphone after it shows sign to apple account
