In App Texts

Everytime I open an app i.e. acrobat reader a message pops up as displayed. Its been happening for 2 days now. Any idea whats the issue here ? And how can I stop this ?

once long press on app icon >app info>storage >clear cache and data >restart your device then try and lets see it may help

I dont think it has to do anything with cache, since the message is showing in multiple galaxy apps

Try downloading all these apps from Play store.
