How to off screen overlay in my Samsung c9 pro

goo to settings >application >application manger >there would be option on top right >click on that (press reset app preferences) that it !!! the screen overlay would be off

- Apps that can appear on top>Deny Screen overlay permission for Problematic apps> Go to App again and use.
