How to ask question and send feedback to Samsung

Hi Users,

I see many of you posting here, asking Samsung to provide features or include their device for 3 years OS update.

I am not sure whether anyone pass on your feedback to Samsung.

But you can do one more step in order to make sure your feedback goes to Samsung.

Ask question to samsung Customer Support.

Follow below steps:

1. Click on + icon on the home page of app.

2. Click on ask question. And send your question or feedback to the Samsung. They will inform concerned team about your feedback.

You can send error reports also by clicking error reports icon above to ask question.

Hello samsung I am using samsung a51 and I love the camera of my model I am used too to capture clicks and I am a samsung creator.

Other mobile brands like realme , oppo , vivo etc..... promote thaire creator and appreciate there work and realme run the campain " reqlme creator camp " for appreciate thaire creators so why not samsung run any program for their biggener creator please samsung it is my humble request think about it...

Request for Screenshot feature to be provided in quick panel layout across Samsung Mobiles including basic devices .
Taking screenshot pressing both the volume power buttons simultaenously especially for senior citizens is a problem.

Samsung needs to stop making phones that people don't want I don't think too many people care about a phone that folds in half when it's not big enough to begin with and doesn't have the specs as your best phones.. I'm on my 5th note (currently note 10 plus) and in my opinion they are the best phones that you've made. that said, you are making new notes that people don't want with only 8 gigs of RAM and 120 GB of storage.. the phone needs to be a little bit larger but wider, it's too narrow and long.. this is America bigger is better
