How to ask question and send feedback to Samsung

Hi Users,

I see many of you posting here, asking Samsung to provide features or include their device for 3 years OS update.

I am not sure whether anyone pass on your feedback to Samsung.

But you can do one more step in order to make sure your feedback goes to Samsung.

Ask question to samsung Customer Support.

Follow below steps:

1. Click on + icon on the home page of app.

2. Click on ask question. And send your question or feedback to the Samsung. They will inform concerned team about your feedback.

You can send error reports also by clicking error reports icon above to ask question.

Each and every Mobile company is giving Inbuilt App Lock options and network speed shows in their phone. But you are not giving that feature?
Please include App locker in next Update
