How to ask question and send feedback to Samsung

Hi Users,

I see many of you posting here, asking Samsung to provide features or include their device for 3 years OS update.

I am not sure whether anyone pass on your feedback to Samsung.

But you can do one more step in order to make sure your feedback goes to Samsung.

Ask question to samsung Customer Support.

Follow below steps:
1. Click on + icon on the home page of app.

2. Click on ask question. And send your question or feedback to the Samsung. They will inform concerned team about your feedback.
You can send error reports also by clicking error reports icon above to ask question.

Iam using samsung phones always I observe signal detection quality very less like network and WiFi people using rural area they won't get signal reception kindly improve the signal quality they always using other brand mobile like MI

Hey team samsung..i have a request please optimixe exynos processor..it drain so much battery and easily heated on normal use please optmise it so we can have a good battery life. After one ui 6.1 update it even drain more battery. Please make solution to it in you next update and launch it soon 🙏🙏..for person like me spending 40k or more in phone and getting such results upsets me and degrades image of samsung copmay. I hope you will take a action and solve it as soon as possible in your next update..we samsung fan will wait for your action.

Bought a tab in sansung shop, after delivering saw the seal was open and the box was damaged. Have raised for replacement but the process is very slow. Just shocked from original Samsung shop itself its like this not sure whether it's original or duplicate

I m using samsung S 23 fe From last 3 month. The battery backup of this phone is very bad. Even it is not working full day. The battery is fully drain In half day. I.
Spent 55000. In
This price i'm very fed up with this phone. I am very disappointed from samsung. I am very old user of samsung for mobile but this time I am very disappointed from samsung. Kindly do needful otherwise I will give Negative feedback in market

I bought Samsung A15 256 GB phone few weeks ago. It is very slow in processing Android auto. Where as my other Samsung phone A22 is sufficiently good.
