Does anyone know any way to use Internal Mic even when earphones are plugged in...???

Think not possible with anyof the wired earphones perhaps you can use internal mic on Bluetooth earphones but then sound will also from phone's speaker

Yeah, use a wired earphone without inbuilt mic in it.
