Brought F62 and get defective product which had serious heating issue. And replaced it from flipkart. Again the replaced product too has same issue of overheating.

This F62 heats on everything. Just on normal uses it get hot in upper area. When i measured it on IR thermometer the upper area temperature shows 42°c and in cpu z app it shows battery temperature 37°c.

What to do. Is this problem in all the samsung F62 phones.

Is thery any solution to this heating issue or i should return the phone.

Yes it is the same for most F62. CPU-Z is highly inaccurate when showing temperature metrics, it shows my M51 as 42°C but it's not hot at all, PerfZ is more accurate

And also don't use these 3rd party app. These are bugs and run in background and hides data. Keep your mobile clean as much as possible.

42°C isn't heating issue bro, brands dont agree to this. If its above 47°C then only it will be considered as issue.

You are right but in normal uses it gets very warm on the upper side of the device and gets uncomfortable to hold near the ears during calls.  So i think brand should consider this.
