I've been to the service center and changed my main board but the hearing issue is not resolved. 

I think it's happening with most of the Samsung mobile devices and this is really bad. Bad production 

I do not know why ?

Thats normal mine is at 61.4 and idles at 54c and the device is mildly warm to touch.(core temp)

Are you out of your mind ? Who said 50°c and 61.4° c is a normal temperature 🌡 ?

Never mind antutu has some sort of error reporting temps on exenos but Yup core temps of passively cooled cpu 50c is normal. It is was 51 on other apps and 61 on antutu

I use cpu/gpu meter to see my cpu usage you should see if they are at 100%(75% as samsung have throttled them) to see is thats the issue

Heating was there since the date of manufacture I guess

Of course it was, but it had almost disappeared about 3-4 months prior to One UI 4 update, so much so that I had forgotten it...

But on my device it got severe and unbearable.. very bad
