Hi Samsung Team

When you are releasing any security update or Android Update to your models I.e. Wearable,Smartphone,TV or any devices quality assurance Team please check if any bugs or will it cause any damage to devices.

We would have invested lot of of hard earned money into your products with the trust of value for money but when customers are facing issues bring up policy to replace free of cost as it is your software which is causing defect and not customer who has caused issue.

Hope will look into this matter seriously.

But I was able to see few comments stating customer service is charging amount for replacement.
