OthersDear Samsung Member,
Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!
As per your query, we want to inform you that data shown in the weather app is usually provided by state-level meteorological departments and from all over the globe. So, the data shown there is predictable data measured and it can vary as per the real-time atmosphere.
We would request you to clear the app data and cache of the Weather Widget Application which is facing the issue, following the below steps :
1: Clear App data
From Settings> swipe to and tap Apps> Select the app you want to clear> Tap Storage> tap Clear data> and then tap OK. This will completely wipe the app and reset it to the original settings.
2:Clear an app's cache
From Settings> swipe to and tap Apps> Select the app you want to clear> Tap Storage> and then tap Clear Cache.
3: Switch off your phone for a few minutes and then switch on and wait for a few minutes.
4: Tap on Google Play Store app or Galaxy Store> Manage apps & device> Apps available to update> If you want to update apps individually, tap See details and then tap the Update button next to the app you would like to update.
Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support
