I have galaxy A10 , if i have to use internet or other apps that require internet i have to use VPN app , when VPN is turned off internet doesn't work on my phone , i can't send voice notes on WhatsApp also..

may I know which vpn you are using. because I have faced these kind of issues. if you are using hotspot shield then you have to make sure that's vpn are turned off because once you don't exit right the app will keep trying to be on again so make sure it's off for sure . hope that's will help u .
