Galaxy j7 max charging issues

My galaxy j7 max has not been charging, can any one suggest solution 

It has been showing above screen every time I charge

CHANGE CABLE AND TRY AGAIN
AFTER CLEARING CHARGING PORT

Remove battery charger with universal charger then put it back then format your phone then try to charge.

Because my j2 phone also not charging 😒 after factory reset it start charging

clear charging port then try again....if it not work then u should go for customer care....

If nothing work out.
Change battery cause my j7 nxt has same issue.
