OTG adapter are provided with flagships and some other phones.

One plus and others aren't providing anything like you mentioned above but still those sales are great. This applies to Samsung also. Also you will get OTG adapter for around 100 or 200 bucks I don't think that's a big deal anyone can spend that amount.
