Dual whatsapp problem

Unable to open any doc in dual whatsapp messenger and when trying to upload a photo from gallery saying file format not supported

With in minutes the database is disappeared.

I have this issue after UI 3.1 update and have reported this to Samsung. But no use. They replied that they are working on an update to resolve this issue. But it is more than four months since the issue is reported to them

Yes I am also facing this issue with my M30s phone. Don't know why Samsung is not taking care of such avoidable problems.

Update received in s21 ultra security August problem solved 2 whatsapp please whatsapp backup

Yes iam also facing this issue in m51 model. What can i do? Dual whats app file disappeared in file manager and not sharing any files to send others..
