Dual app problem in m42 5g

In dual whatsapp camera is not working. Always show message the file format is not supported..

Hi what's your patch level please ? I have purchased a Samsung Galaxy M42 5g on Monday but have not got any system update. I have checked manually too

Take backup, Install Whatsapp business with the WhatsApp Dual Number and restore the Backup Data.
Later disable the Dual Whatsapp ! 🌟
