Device not certified

Please help me my google play store showing your device is not certified and whenever i install google pay or any other banking applications it showing your phone is rooted but i have not rooted my phone and soo many applications are not showing in play store like Netflix etc

Any other option i dont want to do factory reset because i have soo much data in phone and in applications

FYI, service center cant provide any assistance regarding this because its a problem related to Google not the hardware of device!!

Check this toggle of oem unlocking in developers mode, if enabled disable it and try everything above again.

INSTALL NEW FIRMWARE(OS SOFTWARE ) BY VISIT SERVICE CENTER !
[BEFORE THIS TAKE BACKUP OF ALL DATA ]

ALSO CHECK PHONE STATUS IN
SETTINGS > ABOUT PHONE > STATUS INFORMATION > SHOWING OFFICIAL OR NOT ?
