After upadate on 4th april, I lost voice in my all incomming call , also dialing any no.is too slow in my samsung galaxy A80.

Kindly support.

Check for mic in interactive check in samsung members !
Clear cache of phone call !
If problem you can send error report !

mic is ok bcoz outgoing calls are copletly ok. this is just incoming problem.

Every a80 user are facing same problem. Waiting for patch to resolve

take a backup in smartswitch PC and mobile. clear cache and data of phone app and try again.

try these too

1. go to settings-> apps-> google->
uninstall updates-> clear cache and
data
2. do the above steps for android web
view, gmail, google drive and
playstore
3. Restart the phone and from
playstore install all the updates for
the above mentioned apps and try..

i dont want to formate my fon and also nt going to clear anything bcoz some of applications are not in playstore now and I dont want to loose them.

i am not telling you to format i am telling you to take backup in smartswitch so that after clearing cache and data you reinstate your contacts.

so how did you get those apps in the first place. are those apps banned in india?

All of this sort works only for ten mins.. Not more than that.. stop misguiding..
