Seems like battery need replacement,
Meanwhile you can try *#9900# and choose reset battery stats, after this drain your phone to 0% and once charge it to 100% and then try. Lemme know if that works.

Once calibrate your battery and observe

dial * # 0228 # and then ckick on "quick start" click on OK it will calibrate your battery
