Hi Samsung,
Battery issue. It’s not charging as super fast charging at one point. Its charging upto 82% some time 88% then suddenly the percentage is not increasing. Its stay same. Not moving that charging from that. And if I m once take off the cable from port of ph n put it again same time its started charging super fast. Not getting what to do…? Pls let me know if someone given correct solution for that..? I had jst brought this phone on 29feb2020 Ahmedabad and I m facing this problem like 1 week or more bcz I had noticed now.  Please solve this problem..? #samsunggalaxya71 @samasung

Drain your battery once and Switch off your phone ,then charge your phone upto 100% without any disturbances...

Try charging the phone while it’s powered down.

also you can try wireless charging to charge fully(if you have one)

Also do a force restart once.

If anything doesn't work try re calibration of battery.

Please be assured and follow the given below steps to resolve the "charging issue":

1) Check charger functionality:-Request you to check the charger functionality with a different device or try to charge the same device with a different charger.
2) Safe mode:-Power off the device > Press and hold the Power key for one or two seconds to turn on the device > When the Samsung logo appears, press and hold the Volume down key.
Note :-To exit safe mode restart the device .

3) Reset the device: -Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
Tap on Settings>Tap on General Management>Tap on Reset.

 

If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question).
Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.
