Apple vs Samsung customers.

The main difference is that the apple customers are so loyal that they will accept anything and everything fed to them by the company. Eg: They do believe that 120hz display is an astonishing invention by apple lol.

On the other hand most of the Samsung customers are so critical that they will blame anything and everything on the company. Eg: bad weather- it's the issue of the latest Samsung devcie they have bought.

Both these tendencies are wrong. Nothing becomes great only because it's manufactured by apple and nothing becomes inherently bad only because it's made by Samsung.

We should learn to judge things based on facts, logic and rationality. Every brand has it's on positives and negatives. Eg: the video capability of Apple and the innovation of Samsung.

We should understand the fact that mostly people on this platform make a community post only when they are faced with an issue. However,we are forgetting the fact that there are thousands of satisfied customers who don't care to post their good feedback.

In my opinion the Samsung members platform is a great initiative by Samsung which lets us share our issues and mutually help each other. Use it responsibly.
