Dear sir/mam i know a smart company always stand with their customers 
I request u to send us new update for Samsung Galaxy j7 max 
Bcz we are unable to see video sound and videos are mis matching i request u to send us updates 
Specially about video operation and vision

Bro it's a 2017 model and I think the updates that samsung promised to give this device Is finished ...

What's the issue is this any app specific problem..

Just use vlc player and check any problem on any videos...

Go to safe mode bro ...

As it is a 2017 model it's good to take all ur data backuped and factory reset it once..

Bro we know a company helps us but it can't do anything because there is a certain amount of time till we can get software updates.
