Fast charging problem!

Dear Samsung Support,

I am facing an issue with fast charging on my Samsung Galaxy F15 5G. Even though fast charging is enabled, the phone is charging slowly.

I have checked the charger, cable, settings, and charging port, and also updated the software, but the issue still remains.

Please help resolve this issue or guide me on the next steps.
