Hi everyone. I’m on One UI 8 (S22) and having a weird issue. Messenger and WhatsApp show up in my 'Conversations' and 'Priority' settings perfectly, but Instagram is completely missing.
In the Instagram app notification categories, there is no option for 'Instagram Direct' or individual chats. I've already enabled 'Manage notification categories' in Advanced settings and reset the ShortcutManager in Developer options, but it still won't work.
Has anyone found a way to force Instagram to register as a 'Conversation' on the new update? It seems like a sync bug between Meta and Samsung.

Dear Samsung Member,

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

As you have mentioned that you are facing the issue with third party apps. So we would request you kindly contact the respective helpline to make sure there is no issue from their end.

However, if you are still facing the same issue, please share the log file with us. This will help us investigate further and resolve the problem.

Path: Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send).

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.

Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support
