My GalaxyHello Guys,
I have Samsung S20 FE bought a year ago. recently due to a power issue, the phone had problem with Charging. I took it to service center they checked and replaced the power PCB (a small board that contains type c socket). the problem remains same. below details would help.
1. I can use USB to Type-C charger 15W but it gives USB connection error and takes 8-10 hours for full charge.
2. USB-TypeC charger is connected, and I reboot the device it would work normal, I can access data in my PC via cable and also it will charge with fast charging and take 2 hours for full charge.
but if I disconnect and connect again, it gives same USB Connection error and will no longer connect to PC for data transfer.
3. the Type-C to Type-C 25W charger doesn't work at all.
solution tried so far:
1. full factory reset - Done
2. replace of power PCB (contains type C socket) - Done

My GalaxyDid you try running Diagnostics provided on the Discover tab? If no, please do so. And if that doesn't work, I think you should get in touch with Samsung help.
