No brother, Samsung has not listed S20 FE 5G in their eligible smartphones list.
So, your device will not get the One UI 6 update.
However, you will continue to receive security updates as promised.

Bro samsung already released the official list for eligible devices..samsung galaxy s20fe 5g is not in that list..samsung s20 fe 5g will never get android 14 one ui 6

It got all major updates. So be happy with what you got. I sold my S20 fe because it is outdated for me now in terms of software update.. It will get only security updates but not monthly.
