I did visit 2 service centers out of curiosity and both of the centers refused to update from their side, didn't specify the exact reason or anything but they just rejected it.
It's alright. Not the best, but the 25W fast charging gives some relief whenever I'm low on charging.Overall. I don't play games much so the battery survives for at least 12 hours for me.
