Secure folder issue

I could not transfer the files from gallery to secure folder  and every time I try to do so an error is coming as per attached screenshot. I have updated the phone with one UI 4 with android 12. Please help.

I am using f62...After Android 4.1 update, I too can't able to transfer files into secure folder which I want to resolve the issue very badly ......It always says "can't move all items 0/1 items moved"...but All the pics which are taken with camera are tranferring without any problem....

Even I'm facing the same issue with my Note 20 Ultra after Android 12 update.

Clearing the app cache is kind of like a cleanse for your apps. It will get rid of residual files that could be slowing down the app.
Open Settings, and then swipe to and tap Apps. Select or search for the app you want to clear. Tap Storage, and then tap Clear cache.

However, we would request you to register your concern in Samsung Members Application. So, that our concern team gets back to you as soon as possible.
