If you are not receiving notifications after using lockdown mode:

The best solution for now is to unlock secure folder no need to reatart phone.. you'll get notifications after unlocking secure folder once you unlock your phone.. its a bug for sure.. lets see when they resolve it

Already done multiple times.. had reported the issue in beta software as well.. no response in every instance
