Samsung India is unethical and not delivering the products to customers as per order sequence. No use of pre order as they are not bothered for loyal customers

There is recent uodate received from samsung for One UI 5.1.1. After installing my fold 3 foldable screen stopped working. Whenever I open my phone screen is just black.Please provide solution asap.

I could not transfer the files from gallery to secure folder and every time I try to do so an error is coming as per attached screenshot. I have updated the phone with one UI 4 with android 12. Please help.
