Samsung India is unethical and not delivering the products to customers as per order sequence. No use of pre order as they are not bothered for loyal customers

I placed an order on 16th July 2024 for buds 3 pro and it was showing delivery dat of 15th Aug 2024. I just saw the fresh order page today on samsung online shop and it is showing delivery date as 3rd Aug for the fresh orders

Seriously!! In their offline store.. i had almost bought the buds pro but while making invoice it was not showing in their sytem.. so could not buy.. Also now they have decreased the credit vard discount from 5000 to 3000 . This is not what we expect from samsung

Samsung's website is a mess in general. Over the years I've ordered multiple devices from them directly and one thing I've realised if there's even a slight "complication" regarding the order, be it a pre-order or order cancellation...samsung will screw up big time. Couple of years back I ordered an M52, for some reason I cancelled it within few minutes and a week later refund was credited to my account but then a few days later to my surprise the phone was delivered to my address. When I asked the customer support to take it back, he asked me to courier it at my cost which I refused. 15 days later a store manager called me and sent a guy to pickup the phone. At that time I showed a moral high ground, I wish I didn't. Samsung should just leave e-com to experts.

Yes even their customer support teams do not have the complete information on the products and services. Especially offers and all. I have told them multiple times about the available offers

I have pre-ordered the buds along with the watch and they are supposed to be delivered by the 24th. When I contacted customer care, this is the reply I got.1721914948923.jpg

Same thing happened to me as well..i ordered buds along with fold 6, s pen case, watch ultra and charger. Only difference is that they are now delivering next week for new orders but for us it is delayed
Then what is the use of being pre order customers
