I have been using Samsung brand products for a long time, including various mobile products. Today I am forced to say whether Samsung is giving us the right value for our money? I bought the Samsung Z Flip 3 phone only two years and 10 days ago and today the green line appeared on the phone. Which is not my fault. Android 15 is updated, next a patch is updated, then there is a green line on the phone. I had no reason to get this green line. My phone has never been dropped. There is no liquid damage. There is no physical damage. Still, Samsung is not providing me with any care or proper service. If I can't use a fifty thousand INR product properly for two years today, then I think it's not worth using Samsung products at all..

This is so unacceptable from a brand like ScAMSUNG
So many users are complaining about the battery and green/pink line issues but Samsung is doing nothing and they are too involved in OS updates as they've promised for 4 to 7 years of updates and forget other issues
It's like we will keep our promise we give you 7 years of OS updates but will not fix BUGS

All these issues are coming after updating to ONE UI 7

Maybe ScAMSUNG wants us to change our phones every 2-3 years

My experience is that a person who talks about updates for four to seven years, their phone will not last more than two years, so no one will buy a Samsung phone.

Yes, I will stay away from Samsung, but don't forget that many big companies have gone out of the market, so the customer has the final say.👏👏

I went to the service center and they said that when you call customer care, they will understand.

When I say that customer care has sent me to the service center to have it inspected,

They said they would have to open the phone and check it. When I asked, if I didn't get it working, meaning if I didn't change the display, would I get it back in the same condition as before?

The only thing they say is that changing the display will cost 25 to 30 thousand INR.
But why should I spend so much money? My phone has never been dropped. No liquid damage, so why should I?
My experience is that the one who talks about updates for four to seven years, the phone will not last more than two years, so no one will buy a Samsung phone.
