HOW CAN I UPDATE MY Z FOLD 3 ?? USA ( VARIANT )

I want to update my device ... 

Its running on Android  11 

Ui version  - 3.1.1

Hence - samsung  members app is also not working  ( showing  its not supported  in this region  ) 

( e- sim option not showing ) 

( sim car manager is not there ) 

Very bad service  by samsung  support  

They have only one answer  for all the problem .... which is - visit the service center  !!! 

Please  someone  help ??

yes i tried ,, but it dint helped !!!! 

then i updated my device thru odin samsung ... 

now its running on Android 13

I also have USA version and i am currently on ONEUI 4.1.1. waiting for the next update but i do not know when that will come
