SAMSUNG GALAXY FOLS 3 5G

I have fold 3 5g handset. It has been updated with one UI 4 Through Beta program. After that I have got final update for same. But there was an problem in hinge. That part replaced by service center but they updated software android 11 one UI 3.1.1

Now I'm trying to update android 12 through air but that say your software is up to date. 

How can I get android 12 one UI 4...?

Many users didn't receive through OTA

@ASHU1143 That's what I'm expecting from Samsung. They should do repair this error ASAP.

Yeah .. they have to work on this.
Or
May be they downgraded your software ... that's why you are not getting OTA.
But Many users didn't receive Z flip 3 and Z fold 3
And some S series users
