Fold 2 jio 5g working?

Hi, 

I have a fold 2 and wanted to know if any fold 2 user has 5g working on their phone as it is not currently working on mine.

It's working on other phones in family like s22ultra and 21ultra. 

Both on jio

As per jio, it is phone issue and not network. Manufacturer needs to push for 5g enabling update.

Samsung Support, what is FOLD2 5G status?

As per Jio spokesperson, samsung has to update it from their end and not from jio's end

Jaunary Software update pushed . Jio has confirmed now fold 2 is 5g supported in their database , but didn't receive welcome offer yet

I also faceing same issue with Z fold 2 5g is it like a joke that how can we bye this handset of samsung the multinational company that have only excuses not result or solution now so many besic models working fine on jio 5g and this model is wating for update from manufacturer jio clearly told that samsung is responsible for 5g not working on our devices

Samsung released update today, still jio 5g wont work
