I am having fold 4 demo unit. After getting october 2023 security patch. GETTING error in inner screen. It is getting complete blackout and then it says UI NOT RESPONDING and then i have to restart my phone.. can use outer screen but not the inner screen

Got the main display with hinge and brackets replaced from authorised samsung centre. It was on chargeble basis owing to rejection of the same inspite of my phone under warranty..
I appreciate and thank (they know who I am referring to) from the bottom of my heart (n wallet) for taking efforts for resolving my issue.

Thank you very much for the reply. I already did. When can I accept any resolution. And also I want to join one ui 6 beta program.(to get rid of my problem)I already tried through samsung members app but I am not getting the update.
