I have been a Samsung customer for the past 6-7 years and have been using their phones. However, two years ago, I made what I consider the worst decision by purchasing the Flip 3 5G. I have been using the Flip 3 for the last 2 years, and about 7-8 months ago, the screen guard started peeling off. I got it replaced at a Samsung service center, but they didn't apply it properly, and dust particles remained underneath. Although they apologized, I accepted it as not a major issue.

Now, my phone's screen guard is peeling off again, and I contacted the same service center. Initially, they claimed they don't repair flip/fold phones. When I pointed out that I had previously replaced the screen guard there, they then said they don't have the necessary equipment, which seemed like a lie. They asked me to call back after 15 days, which I did, and they continued to insist that they don't repair flip/fold phones.

I even sent an email to Samsung regarding this issue, but I haven't received a reply yet. I called an online Samsung service representative, and they advised me to visit a service center.

It has been almost two months, and I've been using my phone with the peeling screen guard, which looks bad. Spending nearly a Lakh on a phone, I didn't expect to receive this kind of service from Samsung or its service centers. I've tried calling and visiting every service center in Kanpur, but they all refuse to help, despite having a flip/fold repair poster in their center. It's quite ironic.

I'm facing the same issue from last one and half years. I bought Flip 3 5G in Sep 21. However, from March-22, I have been replacing screen guard for every 2-3 months. Every time this costs me around 750 INR. Also, have to cope up with the issue of unavailability of screen guard and inefficient Manpower to replace screen guard at Samsung Service center.

Now since last 1 month I'm using my Flip 3 5G without screen guard.
