Dear Sir, I had purchased Samsung Fold on 12th September 2022 and detected some folds in the screen protector about 3 months back. Since I was traveling I could not go to your service centre. However I have managed to visit your service center " Garg Distributors " No AB/7, 1st Floor, Safdarjung Enclave, Block A 1, Development Area, Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi, Delhi 110029 on 8th Oct 2023 and they informed me that the problem was due to the defect in the hinge. They could not extend any service to me as the warranty period of one year ( i.e. 11th September 2022) had expired. Since this fault had occurred almost 3 months back I request you to waive this delay period as a special case and have the phone fixed. I have been a regular user of Samsung phones for the last 10 years and I hope you will extend this favour to me.
