My flip 4 which is 9 months old got dead pixels on the display and the same was noticed and changed by the Samsung service center but after replacement I've started having issues like phone heating a lot and network issues!
My phone was not aligned properly which was mentioned in my previous post but the service center people told me that's how flip phones are is a part of the design, I ignored and started using but since the display was changed I've been having end number of network issues where I'm not able to make calls, receive calls or use the internet which never happened before and the phone heats up abnormally. Noticed that the phone heats up a lot while charging(using Samsung's 20W adapter and the original USB) while using the phone and even when the phone is not in use!
Went to the service center last week to get the software reinstalled thinking it might solve the issue but looks like it's not happening! Phone has stayed lagging too!
