Hey guy's can you please help for this i was try to backup through smart switch but it's shows this pop even I'm on wifi but still not works.
Please suggest me.

You need to use mobile data or Wi-Fi for backup restore on Samsung cloud.It doesn't take backup etc when connected to mobile Hotspot because of security reasons 😊

Bro i also understand english and the same line you put which shows in pop up i want the solution I'm using my home wifi that time!

Just simple bro clear data of samsung cloud app and restart and try bro

Now only factory reset is last option but I don't think factory reset would be good choice.
You can use Google drive for backup instead bro
Even j use Google drive for backup in my S25U. In my opinion Samsung cloud is not so much good.

I wan to factory reset that's why i tried to backup. Google backup only backup the apps not your files and all things.

Bro I'm talking about your phone storage data like photos ,songs and videos files any other thing. Google not works on internal storage.
